Work
Laravel · Camunda · BPMN 2.0 · Kubernetes · Microservices
Led redesign of the decisioning layer around BPMN 2.0 and Camunda, replacing cascading conditionals with auditable process models readable by both engineers and business. Built microservices ecosystem in Laravel integrating KYC providers, open banking services, government business verification APIs, and card payment processors alongside a proprietary scoring engine. US-backed fintech platform.
PHP · Magento · vTiger CRM · EDI · REST
Led full digital transformation of a Polish-Australian education agency representing 200+ Australian institutions. Built bridgeagency.pl — course catalogue of 2,100+ courses, course comparator, visa and accommodation cost calculator, stay package builder. Internal systems: CRM, ERP, and mailing supporting a 10-person team managing 3,000+ students. Implemented EDI with digital signature for regulated document workflows. Designed for distributed AU–PL infrastructure across two continents.
PHP · Zend Framework
Co-built the web platform for Frisco.pl from its first lines of code — Poland's first online-only grocery store. Frisco.pl was later acquired by Eurocash Group and is currently on course for 1 billion PLN in annual revenue.
Writing
rsync is thirty years old and nobody reads it. I did — the real tree, protocol 33 — for three ideas: a --delete that fails closed on an I/O error, a weak checksum that rolls so the cheap question stays affordable at every byte, and a file list that learned to stream the whole tree.
The advisory patches 8.2 to 8.5 and backports 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1. PHP 5.6 gets nothing. So I built 5.6.40 under AddressSanitizer and sent the advisory's own inputs at it: mod_php takes a real SEGV from two ordinary requests, PHP-FPM survives, and no exploit, it stops at the crash.
Two critical, unauthenticated PHP RCEs, patched the same day. The update is the easy part; knowing where you stand is not. Why the distribution version string and the moving image tag both lie, how to check the SAPI that serves traffic, and the interim settings the oldest branches skip silently.
“Great architecture isn't about choosing the right technology — it's about designing systems that evolve with confidence. Every line of code either repays technical debt or creates it.”
